Normally when I think about glass jars, I think about their applications for gift giving. Whether they are used as containers for home made creams, perfumes, soaps, or colored water, glass jars are perfect for that kind of stuff. But recently while online I found out that glass jars, and in this particular case, 1 oz glass jars, were extensively used by scientific laboratories to keep all kinds of stuff collected and sealed. For the life of me I can’t figure out why I never considered that particular application before.
