In the film Friday the 13th, Jason wore a hockey mask. Little did the makers of the movie know that they were going to spawn a new type of Halloween costume: the scary hockey player. Combine this with a bloody hockey stick, and you have a truly scary combination. Of course not all Hockey costumes are of the horror-type.
