We never seem to have enough counter space, especially when we cook big meals. A small kitchen work table helps out in that respect, as it is an ideal extra work area for cutting up vegetables, peeling potatoes, or for various other preparation work. Locking wheels for easy placement are a plus. They allow you to move the table temporarily, while still providing stability. The last thing you want is your table moving around when you are cutting something.
