The challenge of utilizing small cupboard space in a small kitchen can be a daunting one. A possible solution would be to install a lazy susan in one or more cupboards for added functionality and storage space. This could work best in the corner cupboard or in cupboards that are not shelved. Be prepared however for this to cost a little more than you might like, but once installed, you may wonder how you ever lived without it.

When deciding to install a corner cupboard lazy susan for additional space or storage, keep in mind that you may actually end up with less space. The middle section bar of a lazy susan makes it difficult to store items larger than the usual canned goods, spice jars and small containers. If you are planning to store pots, pans, or large bowls in your corner cupboard, you may just want to consider installing plain old shelves for this purpose.
