Poached eggs, made the traditional way, are not very easy to make. The method involves creating a sort of vortex in simmering water to which a bit of vinegar has been added, and carefully adding the egg. Another problem with this method is that you cannot make two eggs at ounce. A much simpler method is to use an egg poacher pan, which ensures good results every time.
