White wicker storage baskets

White wicker storage baskets can be used in a variety of ways to hold everything from craft supplies to magazines to sweaters and clothes items. However, there are issues sometimes with wicker baskets that smell. An easy way to fix this, is to place the wicker basket in a plastic bag, throw in a generous amount of baking soda, and then shake the bag well. Do this for a few days then take the basket out of the bag and hose it down. The smell should then be gone.
